Andrew Woods is a web developer who specializes in developing data-driven web applications with LAMP technologies. In addition, he also develops Wordpress plugins and websites. In summer 2009 he started a web development agency Mastodon Labs, which focuses accessibility and usability. He’s based in Seattle, WA, and loves living there.

Professionally, he’s interested in PHP, Wordpress, Drupal, mobile web, accessibility, usability, social networking, open source technology, and web standards. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends, playing guitar, singing karaoke, going to concerts, reading books and watching movies. Less frequently he goes lindy hop + swing dancing, camping, and performs at open mics.

The work/life balance is something he strives to keep in proper proportion. Andrew is making continuing his effort to live, not only a productive life, but one that is more healthy, social, and fulfilling. He can be seen at a number of seattle startup events. He’s working on becoming more physically fit, and would love to hear any tips you might have.
