I didn't realize the GeekFit.com podcast was already out there. Thanks for responding. It's a natural name given what i want to accomplish. I'll keep you posted on how this program works. I'm hoping that everyone who tries it will be healthier for it. You'll see from my previous post "Getting Fit" that my struggle was mostly caused by bad habits and laziness. The goal is to minimize their influence by keeping ourselves honest through positive motivation, accountability, and effort. @Steven Awesome.
